Please don’t diet

Change your food habits, that is much better on the long term.

I am sure you have heard of the food pyramid, here it is, download it, print it and stick it to your fridge, and take it with you shopping. Your body will be grateful very soon.

If you want to change your food habits, we will be happy to help you. First we will keep a food diary for a week, and over the course of the next at least 10 weeks, each week we will ad a good habit or skip a bad habit. You will be amazed how different your food habits will be 10 weeks later.
