If you want to start running and you feel like you want to give yourself some extra motivation, enroll yourself in a race. These days there are plenty of races for runners of all levels and all distances.

In the picture below I am handing out pasta, the best recovery food, to all of my clients who ran the Brussels 20K. For any trainer it is really rewarding to see their client crossing the finish line of the race they chose as their goal.
